No matter what we do, we must talk about methods. The methods are right. Not only can we achieve twice the result with half the effort, but we can also avoid accidents. Take metal buttons for example. If the methods are not correct during the assembly process, a qualified button not only slows down but also easily causes the button to fall off, loosen, burst, and other phenomena. This is definitely not the result you want. So we need to use good products with the correct methods in order to fully utilize their performance. Next, let's talk about the assembly method of metal buttons on clothes.
1. Selection of fabric and buttons
It should be noted that different accessories should be selected based on different fabrics and layers. If there are no special requirements, metal buttons are usually tied to denim or casual wear with 2-4 layers of fabric.
2. Manufacturing of Metal Button Moulding
A. The surface mold used for molding should match the appearance of the product. When there are obvious concave and convex wheat heads in the product, a "covering mold" should be used to ensure that the product does not deform after molding.
B. The "roll position" of the mold should ensure that the mouth of the flute, such as the face flute product, is effectively bent and as much as possible "does not bloom".
C. The size of the mold should match the product size, such as the outer diameter and height of the product. Secondly, the mold material should be determined based on different products, such as steel mold, rubber sleeve mold, spring mold, etc. Thirdly, the size of the mold body and handle should match the size of the button machine body and its hole position used. It is strictly prohibited to use the method of wrapping foreign objects on the mold handle to install the button.
3. Adjustment of Metal Button Mold
A. After installing the button machine on the mold, first try to empty the mold, and then adjust the spacing between the upper and lower molds to the appropriate position based on the thickness of the fabric. At the same time, confirm that the upper and lower shafts of the button machine are not significantly misaligned (ensuring coaxiality).
B. After the product is nailed onto the fabric, the strength value of the button should meet the standard. If there is no testing instrument, in principle, the gap between the button and the fabric should be based on whether the nail is inserted or pulled hard to prevent it from falling off.
4. Precautions for Product Stapling
A. All products must not deform after being nailed, especially the surface of the product and the lack of blasting space for nails.
B. After binding a certain quantity of products, repeat the "mold adjustment" work, and continue to staple after confirming that there are no errors.
As long as clothing manufacturers implement the above points when equipping buttons, they can definitely ensure efficiency while avoiding other accidents to the greatest extent.
