3. Packaging inspection is carried out after the appearance inspection/customer's required performance test are all qualified before repackaging. When packaging, a certificate of conformity or other label should be placed. The quantity of packaging should match the regulations, and the actual quantity of each bag should match the regulations. If it is found that the tolerance is exceeded due to different thickness or other reasons, the entire quantity should be inspected.
4. The emergency button/hood button/five claw button should be tested for performance and usability before shipment, and mold and trial samples should be provided to the customer.
5. Reference samples or confirmation samples. Check if the color and model match the sample;
6. The surface of the button should not have cracks, notches, unevenness, or obvious scratches;
7. No car cracks or bubbles on the back of the face; No rotten edges or uneven thickness;
8. The pattern should have no obvious deformation, white eyes, white circles, or other phenomena;
9. The buttonholes should be smooth and unobstructed; The needle eye should be symmetrical and without large eyes, and should not be punctured or ruptured. If it is a blind eye buckle, the blind eye groove should be smooth and free from obvious cracks.
