Common issues with denim buttons and H-buttons

1. Hit it onto the jeans and it can be pulled open with just a little force. The nails and buttons are not tight
If it is a rubber core I-shaped buckle, it is related to the rubber core of the I-shaped buckle. If a plastic core that is almost the same is used as the rubber core, it will not be able to withstand the pressure of the nail hitting and will be squeezed open. So we pull hard and it will fall off. And if you use good plastic and new materials to make it, this situation will not occur. It is also related to the shape of nails, including pointed nails and threaded nails. Generally, threaded nails are more commonly used.

2. Punch the nail into the button and directly punch through the surface of the I-shaped button
It can be easily analyzed that the panel of the I-shaped buckle is too thin. I can't withstand the impact of a nail at all, and I can easily punch the button surface through. There are relatively few types of this situation, such as alloy, copper, and iron I-shaped buckles. It is also rare to make ordinary ones, unless deliberately and forcefully hit, the surface will be torn off.

3. Tie the I-shaped buckle onto the jeans and the surface will lose color
In fact, this problem is also relatively simple. The surface of the I-shaped buckle is discolored, which is generally related to electroplating and painting. Poor electroplating and products without oil sealing generally maintain their color for a short time. After oxidation in the air, the color will fade, and sometimes it will also fall off during friction. In the case of spray painting, the paint falls off, which is related to the composition of the paint used for product spray painting. Good paint generally does not fall off, unless it is a very poor paint.

4. Rough I-shaped buckle
The problem with buttons is related to the factory's surface treatment process, such as inadequate polishing and poor product mold opening. These points are done well and can be completely avoided.
There are also H-shaped buckles according to different customer requirements, such as glue dripping, spray painting, hanging plating, etc. The problems that arise also depend on the specific situation.
